Booking cancellation: 24 hours prior to arrival date (14:00, Uzbekistan Time / GMT +5 hours).
Terms and Conditions
Early check-in after 08:00 costs 50% of the room rate (breakfast included). Early check-in before 08:00 is paid 100% (breakfast included). For early check-in, contact the reservation department by phone +998712319898 or write to reservation@ichanqala.uz. We recommend that you inform us the day before arrival if you would like to check in early as the hotel does not guarantee availability before 2:00 pm.
Late check-out until 18:00 costs 50% of the room rate. Check-out after 18:00 will be considered as one night and will be charged at 100%. For late check-out, contact the reservation department by phone +998712319898 or write to reservation@ichanqala.uz.
Any cancellation or amendment to a confirmed reservation must be received by the Hotel in writing latest 24 hours prior arrival (14:00, Uzbekistan Time / GMT +5 hours). Failure to do so or guest no-show will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of one night charge.
